“This was our first trip to Bermuda as a family, and the property itself was clean, updated, and easy to navigate. The caves and the spa setup on property made this a very cool experience for my family! Gorgeous views! Very happy with the uniqueness of the property. The front service desk staff, the spa, the pool bar staff and the Bellman were amazing! We did run into challenges with the service at dinner. “Very well located within Hamilton with quick access to the ferry and bus terminals. The hotel grounds are very well kept and feature an impressive art collection and good restaurants. The beach, while 20 mins away, is nicely set up with a bar/restaurant and good amenities. Overall very good experience at the hotel.”

“Mid April 2 night stay - wet and cold. Slightly sterile feel to hotel. View of sea limited to airport, over rooftops of villas closer to coast. Beach club is a 15min golf buggy away. Caves, Swizzle inn or shops are 15min taxi. ”

“Our room and bathroom were spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were delicious. The beach, pools, and sunbathing areas were beautiful. The only criticism I have is that there were way too many stairs to climb to get around the property. I understand that, because of the cliff side, structures were built as possible. However, there should be more elevators. The beautiful beach is actually unusable for anyone who can’t climb up 6 flights of stairs.”
