Queenstown family getaway

Magnificent property with view to match. We had a problem with only warm to cold water. Rang Bookabach and got an excellent response. They contacted the property manager and his response was also quick but failed to follow up on the problem to see if the problem was fixed and it wasn't,there was still no hot water in the kitchen.
