Full kitchen, open plan living area with large bi-fold doors opening onto the balcony with stunning views of the lake and mountains.

The bedroom features a very comfortable queen sized bed.

The apartment is brilliantly located in a premium 74 sqm apartment in the Alpine Village complex with stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables Mountains. The apartment has one allocated parking bay & plenty of other free parking within the complex if you have more than one vehicle.

The location is amazing. Just a 5-minute drive to town one way or a 5-minute drive to Frankton & the airport the other way. A 2-minute walk takes you to the lakefront and the famous Frankton Arm. Walk down the Arm and within 25-minutes you’ll come across The Boat Shed Café & Bistro, Altitude Brewing a locally-run craft pub and Frankton Marina.
