「Excellent all around. 」

「Great location, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Owner was very friendly and gave us lots of great information on what to do in the town and in the area. Delicious breakfast with cakes, which were fresh baked every day by the owner. One day it was grape cake with grapes from her garden. Very pleasant and enjoyable place to stay we would definitely go back. 」

「Such a beautiful place to stay on the square. Walking trails are literally in the doorstep, dining options are plentiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. 」

「Super place on the hill」

「Junior suite excellent, marvellous views. Pool kept at 27degrees so perfect with views to match. Food good Only thing I would have liked is some insect netting over windows so you could open at night instead of air conditioning. One to consider minor but nice for some people.」

「A lovely retreat - quiet and serene. The grounds of the villa are amazing and all of the staff are lovely. Panzano is a short and scenic 20 minute walk away. We wish we could have stayed longer! 」

「Lamentablemente reserve sin revisar bien la propiedad, solo ví excepcional, pero nadie ha evaluado el lugar, ubicación y demás servicios, el precio no es conveniente y aunque ofrecían desayuno con costo adicional, lo íbamos a tomar ya que no hay ninguna otra opción de restaurante cerca, pero no fue posible ya que al salir de la habitación para ir a desayunar no había nadie en la propiedad que nos atendiera y no había ningún desayuno que ofrecer, además de bastante elevado el precio para las...

「This property is lovely. The staff were friendly and welcomed me as I arrived around 6:15 pm and offered a glass of wine and a meal. It was nice to have a pool to cool off at the end of the day. Very tranquil. Their wine is also very good. The property pup, Bella, was the cherry on top of the cake. Such a sweet girl. 」

「The facilities were great, including access to the swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good. Parking on site. Villa is a 10 minute drive to two lovely Tuscan towns (Greve and Panzano). Would stay here again - it was so atmospheric! 」

「I arrived late after missing my train. The owner and his partner helped me immensely trying to figure out my next moves to get to where I needed to go the next day. Truly, they both were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond. The hotel is lovely, quaint, and clean. Breakfast was incredible. Thank you to the folks here. I would highly recommend staying at this establishment.」
