Nestled in the heart of the village of St Julien, this traditional house comprises on the ground floor a vast communal room (lounge, dining room and kitchen) with south-facing exposure overlooking a small private terrace, a WC and a shower room. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom make up a comfortable sleeping area.

This house combines gentleness, elegance and tradition. Here, no internet: WiFi is replaced by conviviality and serenity.

The house is located next to the Chapel of Saint Julien. Its location at the corner of 2 streets may occasionally cause traffic noise.

Parking is available around the chapel and in a parking area located 50m from the house.

From the house, you can reach the beach and the coastal path (GR34) on foot in 5 minutes.

Quiberon town centre is accessible in a few minutes by bike or on foot via the coastal path.



Getting around:

On foot to reach the beach and the GR34 coastal path (5 min) or Quiberon (21 min).

By bike to reach Quiberon town centre (6 min).

By train from Quiberon, you can take the "Tire Bouchon", a small summer train that goes to Auray via Penthièvre and Plouharnel.

By boat from Quiberon to discover the "Îles aux larges" (Houat, Hoëdic, Belle-Île).
