「When we first checked in at reception, the help was extremely friendly. Our room overlooked the Harbour, which was beautiful to wake up to. We spent 2 nights there because it was highly recommended to us by a family member and it did not disappoint us at all. It was within walking distance to all the main shopping and restaurants. 「My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton in St. John’s. The location on Cavendish Sq is ideal and is within walking distance of many historic sites and trails. We were welcomed very warmly at the front desk by Saad and found other staff very pleasant and helpful. Though the rooms were a bit outdated and there was no vent in the bathroom, the beds were very fresh and comfortable. We hiked many trails in St. John’s and area and we slept well at night!」

「Open concept shower in our room flooded the bathroom floor. Had to change rooms. Thought .... perhaps a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience would have been appropriate.」

「When we first walked in we went Wow this place is beautiful. All the staff was extremely friendly. The food was delicious. The 8th floor lounge rivals any place in Paris we went to except we didn't see the Eiffel tower. However the view of the Harbour was beautiful. And the Jag is in a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants. We highly recommend the Jag. Should we ever go back to St. John's we would definitely stay there!」

「Place was great. The breakfast tasted well, but the servers really struggled. It was a lot of confusion, and took a long time to get a glass of water. Room was very clean, and the free bottle of wine was a nice touch.」

「Enjoyed our week’s stay. Staff pleasant and helpful. Historical building, so lots of woodwork which makes it a bit dark. Room was spacious but had only one night table. Fireplace was a nice touch. Bathroom large but shower/tub combo a bit tricky. There is a tile step up then a deep bathtub…needs a grab bar or two. Breakfast was quite adequate…coffee, tea, juice, fruit, yogurt, croissants, muffins, oatmeal. Coffee, tea and yogurt available all day, evening. Large patio at back with stairs...

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「We would like to say a big thank you to our host and staff. They made us very welcome and were very friendly. Our meals were all very good and nothing was too much trouble if you wanted a small change to the meal in the welcoming restaurant, like extra salad instead of fries. The room was comfortable, but the bed was a bit soft for us, which is just our preference. The hotel is situated close to the bus stop and is within a 30 minute walk from Downtown for those that to do so. We would...
