This was the perfect place for a multi family getaway.

This was a gorgeous place. Plenty of open space, huge backyard, amazing fishing dock, comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, and house was very clean. Michelle was super helpful and had very detailed instructions for check in and throughout our stay. We loved it, many amenities and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend it.

The house is gorgeous!! The decor is stunning with plenty of room! We had 10 ladies and still felt very spacious yet cozy at the same time! Kitchen had everything we needed and host was excellent!The view is so beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely recommend!

Stunning Property!

This property is absolutely stunning! I rented the house for my son’s wedding party, and it was the perfect choice for everyone to spend time together before the big day. The group thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking view, the hot tub, the fire pit, and the spacious porch. There were so many cozy and inviting spots to relax, hang out, and create cherished memories.The host was incredibly responsive to all of my questions leading up to our check-in, which made the experience even smoother. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to gather.

Great Place to Relax!

This place has plenty of room to host the 10 people we had. The house had a very luxurious feel to it and everything seemed high-end. It had more than enough pots and pans, towels, toilet paper and paper towels, etc. The views from the backyard is phenomenal and the boat dock was very nice to relax from and enjoy the lake. We will definitely be coming back again!

Wedding weekend

Property was conveniently close to my daughter’s wedding venue and our stay there was fantastic! Even though it rained the majority of Sunday, it worked out having the game room for the kiddos. We loved the location and amenities. Will definitely come back!

Great long weekend getaway

Beautiful property with upscale furnishings and spa like touches. Our family absolutely loved the kayaks, dock, gameroom, and fireplace. We all had plenty of room and everything we needed for a nice weekend away.

Amazing property

Our stay here was wonderful. I would totally come back . The house had everything you needed for an amazing stay. The kitchen was equipped with all the pots, pans and utensils to create delicious meals and memories. Two of our favorite features was the bed swing and four bathrooms.

Spectacular!

Property is in wonderful condition, my group of 11 were very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything short of food to prepare, the appliances are modern and high-quality, and the dock offers prime seating for incredible sunset views. Overall, great value- I would not hesitate to book again.

Great place! Backyard dusty and dirty though. Not too inviting to sit on outside furniture because of that reason. Other than that, great spot for families to get away.

Fabulous Lake House

Wonderful property! Very clean and beautifully furnished. Kitchen and pantry were fully stocked with all the essentials and more. My kids, grandkids and I had a wonderful time and would love to come back. It was a great pandemic getaway!

Absolutely perfection

This was our second stay at Casa Esperanza for our annual grandparent camp after staying years at another Nexgengetaway house and we couldn’t be happier! Everywhere we turned there were thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable! The fully equipped kitchen and beautiful dining area overlooking the lake made mealtime so enjoyable! Outdoor grilling while the kids enjoyed the hot tub was so fun! We enjoyed the beautiful dock! The kids swam, fished and kayaked for hours!! We will be back next year and cannot wait!

Stunning house!

The house is stunning! The rooms can accommodate all ages. We loved that each room had it’s own bathroom. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the kid’s bunk room and the game room. We all had a spot to eat together at meal time between the large table and bar top. The house is stocked with everything you need. We did not use the hot tub, but seemed nice. The back patio swing was a hit! Only down side was the location on the lake- lots of timber so be very careful coming and going on the lake.

Beautiful Lake House!

Two families with 8 teenagers rented this lake house for Memorial Day weekend and it was the perfect getaway! The house is beautifully decorated and so nice. We loved cooking in the kitchen while overlooking everyone enjoying the huge backyard and grilling. The kids had the time of their lives playing games, fishing and tanning on the top of the dock. We would definitely rent this property again!

Texas Paradise

We chose this property to celebrate a couple of anniversaries with friends and family and it did not disappoint. We rented Casa Esperanza June 1st-5th. This was our 1st VRBO and couldn't have been more thrilled with the home and the property. One of the main reasons for choosing this home was the lakefront location, fishing pier and of course the beautiful home. The home was completely stocked with anything we could have needed. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. We spent a good amount of time outside on the pier and the back patio. I can't say enough about this home. It made our 40th anniversary very special!

Gotta Getaway Weekend!

Our women's group had an amazing time at Casa Esperanza! It really was an escape! The house was very inviting and the back patio was an excellent place to spend a gorgeous spring weekend catching up with great friends. The house is lavishly decorated and well appointed. Michelle, was very kind and and responsive when in communication. It's definitely on our list to visit again!

Exceeded Expectations

The entire stay was fantastic. From the classic tabletop arcade game, to the billiards table, to the Sonos sound system throughout the property, it was entertainment in full surround. The house itself was wonderful. Ample furniture to get comfortable. Very comfortable temp. The beds were great. The showers were great. Everything was great. The only small concern we had was addressed immediately. The management staff for this property are excellent to deal with. Just to name drop,Thank you Michelle. The dock is incredible and the views are simply magnificent. The hot tub hit the spot for a bunch for late 40 and 50 somethings. We had a great time.

Great House!!

This house was great. It was very easy to stay in. Everything we needed was there. The central living areas are very open and it makes it very easy to hang out and relax. We fished off the dock, played in the game room, and used the hot tub. We had young kids in our party (ages 3-6yrs old) and the house was appropriate for them. They also have non breakable dishes to use. I would stay here again!

Excellent Space

Easy communication with property managers! We needed to check in early for a wedding rehearsal at local wedding venue- very accommodating in letting us do so! Very short drive to local wedding venue! Something for everyone - they thought of everyone- from games for the littles to a great game room for the adults! Beautiful back patio with awesome lake and views! Would highly recommend and stay again! Certainly made our Son’s wedding weekend an easy/ pleasurable memory! Thank you!
