3 bds 1.5 ba, living room, fully stocked kitchen (no groceries), dining room, big game room, Wifi.
Pool/ping pong table, video games, TVs, and board games.
Outside:
Hammocks overlooking the water and frequent stopping area for deer.
Three person canoe with two paddles.
Grill, fire pit, chairs, and a lighted patio.
5 minute drive from public lake access for great fishing and water sports. (No direct lake access)
Other things to note
Property has 4 outdoor cameras around the perimeter of the house.
Please know this property is close to the lake which means there will be various types of wildlife such as beavers, armadillos, deer, snakes, spiders, bugs and many more. The back of the property is fence but beyond the fence is a inlet to the lake with mud and posible poisonous vegetation.
Grill is charcoal ( charcoal not provided)
