A slight damp odor to the garage (the bedroom is above) but no problem once upstairs. Temperature easily adjustable, bed very comfy. Bose radio nice! “Overall, the stay was enjoyable! The Hobbit House is very unique and quite cozy. It is close to a few different lovely wineries and not too far from some hiking trails. The bed in the house was VERY comfortable. Also, the stray cats and dogs that visited around the house were cute and an unexpected treat. The house is somewhat in the woods so there were some harmless critters that visited as well. I would definitely stay here again!”
