No heating or air conditioning. No hot water. No staff to check us in. No in and out privileges from the hotel, which could be a major fire hazard…exiting the building requires staff to unlock a door that is bolted electronically….if staff is unavailable, then it’s impossible to exit the building. To be clear, you’re literally locked inside. We almost missed our taxi and subsequent flight because the only staff on hand was in the back of the hotel kitchen listening to music and cooking a meal, rather than manning the front desk. This was such a disastrous and unsafe experience, that all charges will be disputed. Stay away.
