Bright, comfortable and cozy space for two: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (hot water all the time), living room, dining room, kitchen. Fully equipped: Smart tv, washer, dryer, microwave, sheets, towels. Wi fi internet. Located in the best neighbourhood of the city. Near to all kind of amenities (restaurants, cinema, stores, La Carolina Park). Walking distance to public transport.
The apartment is located at Checoslovaquia E10 34 and Austria, Quito-Ecuador. The building name is Gaudi, Apartment 304, 3rd floor. 1 free parking spot is available.
Check-in at 03:00 pm. / Check-out at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may have a USD. $25 charge.
Guest may use the Jacuzzi and Sauna area, paying a USD. 12 fee. This fee goes not to me, but to the building management.
PAYMENT: Payment must be done 48 hours before arrival.
Any damage caused by guests must be paid or repaired. No smoking. No pets allowed.
I will be very happy to help guests with any request they may have.
