This charming apartment is located in the popular coastal town of Barbat on the island of Rab and offers the perfect combination of comfort, location and Mediterranean flair. Just a few steps separate you from the clear waters of the Adriatic and the fine sandy beach, which can be reached directly via the promenade. The excellent location and proximity to restaurants, shops and leisure facilities make the accommodation the ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
The apartment is suitable for 2 to a maximum of 4 people. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub) as well as a spacious living area with two sofa beds, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment and kettle.
A special highlight are the two covered balconies with sea views - one is directly accessible from the bedroom, the other from the living/dining area. Here you can have breakfast in the morning with the sound of the sea or enjoy the sunset over the Adriatic in the evening.
The equipment includes air conditioning, satellite TV and a private entrance. A parking space is available directly at the house. If desired, guests can also use a boat berth at the house's own pier (in the summer months or peak season for a fee). In addition, there is the possibility of parking a boat trailer in the yard - ideal for sailors who arrive with their own boat. WiFi is currently not available - perfect for all those who want to consciously slow down digitally while on holiday.
Directly in front of the house is a tavern with a terrace by the sea, where guests can book breakfast, lunch or dinner on site. Mediterranean cuisine is offered with fresh fish, meat dishes, homemade vegetables and wine from their own cultivation.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need: restaurant approx. 100 m, supermarket approx. 200 m, old town of Rab approx. 3 km, sandy beach approx. 20 m. The location is ideal for beach holidaymakers, families with children, couples, and boaters. Numerous activities are possible in the surrounding area: swimming, diving, sailing, kayaking, boat rental, walks along the promenade, or excursions to the old town.
