The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with 4 hot plates, a microwave, and a freezer. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. Both the bedroom and the living area offer direct access to the roofed terrace of 20 m2, which is furnished with terrace furniture and enjoys a pleasant view of the swimming pool.
