Living room with dining area, kitchenette and extendable 2 sofa beds (200x130), 32 m2 total + balcony (furnished) with splendid sea view. Satellite TV (flat screen), DVD and air conditioning. Open kitchen (with 4-plate electric oven), extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery.

Free internet access (WiFi), washing machine. Free shuttle to the catamaran or ferry, but also help to organize transportation to the airports (Rijeka, Zadar, Zagreb). We are always there for you. We are looking forward to planning your stay.

The modernly furnished, detached house in a residential area in the Barbat district 4.5 km from the center of the old town of Rab. Seen from the property on the sea, it is located just 250 meters from the sea. Access is from the main road.

1500 m2 of beautiful gardens with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants. Parking for cars and small boats.
Near our house, 5 minutes walk away are: supermarket, rent a boat, rent a bicycle or scooter, beaches, restaurants and bars and a rich tourist offer.
From there you can take a walk and enjoy a pleasant walk through the famous four towers of Rab. The rich history and architecture of the old town of Rab.

In the southeast, are some of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Rab, the beautiful underwater world and on the rocks in the north of the adventure.

Cultural events and nightlife is in the old town of Rab (5 km).
The richness of the sea and the rescue of the Mediterranean country as an authentic gastronomic offer in numerous taverns and restaurants.

There is the possibility of renting a boat, motorbike or organizing boat excursions to nearby islands or a visit to the famous natural places.
Tennis and other sports facilities on the island that meet your needs for an active holiday.

Super Aufenthalt mit ganz ganz tollem Vermieterehepaar. Wir hatten das Apartment ganz oben mit der großen Terrasse mit wundervoller Aussicht und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Alles da was man braucht, nicht weit zum Strand oder zum Laden. Leider ging die Zeit zu schnell vorbei. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Liegt alles im Auge des Betrachters…

An sich ein sehr schönes Haus und auch die Eigentümer richtig net. Wir hatte das Appartement mit der riesigen Terrasse mit einem sehr schönen Meerblick. Aber der Rest ist verbesserungsbedürftig (meiner Meinung nach), da: - der sogenannte Whirpool bzw. Badewanne mit Whirpoolfunktion über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht richtig gereinigt wurde und somit unbrauchbar war - kein Duschvorhang was Unbequemlichkeit beim Duschen verursacht hat - bei Töpfen und einer Pfanne müssten die Griffe nachgezogen werden - den alten Kühlschrank ausbauen lassen, da schon unangenehme Gerüche entstehen - im Schlafzimmer müsste eigentlich schon in der Vergangenheit die Matratze ausgetauscht werden, da die Federn richtig spürbar sind - und vlt. einmal im Jahr die Spinnen von den Decken entfernen Bitte nur als Verbesserungsvorschlag ansehen, wir fanden trotz allem die Wohnung an sich sehr nett.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito, la mia bimba di 2 aani e il cane di medio grossa taglia. La casa è bella e pulita, dotata di tutte le comodità e un grande terrazzo con bellissima vista sul mare. Il padrone è molto disponibile e sempre gentile. Consigliata!!

Großzügige, schöne und sonnige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, haben auch einen wunderbaren Strand gefunden (mit dem Auto, Fahrrad gut zu erreichen, auch zu Fuss, wenn es nicht so heiss ist).
