Monolocale Mary - Salento Reservation is a lovely apartment located on the basement floor, just 150 meters from the sea, in the marina of Torre Suda, a charming seaside area in Salento on the Ionian Sea. Torre Suda is a district of the municipality of Racale, about 10 km from Gallipoli, and is mainly characterized by flat, low rocks that are easy to access, where swimming is widely practiced.
The property consists of a fully furnished living area with a table and chairs, a kitchenette equipped with all the comforts needed for meal preparation, a double bedroom, and a complete bathroom with a shower box. Outside, the property offers a spacious veranda, shared with the adjacent three-room apartment, with garden furniture, a table, and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation and outdoor meals.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a shared washing machine, fans, and the possibility of free on-street parking.
Torre Suda is a very peaceful location, yet close enough to the central Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli, where you can stroll along streets filled with people and open-air venues.
All types of commercial establishments, as well as the marina center, which features a beautiful coastal garden overlooking the sea and hosts the most important events, are within walking distance.
N.B. : The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linens and bath towels, a breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, Wi-Fi, parking, and check-in/check-out.
A camping crib is available for an additional €35.00. Small pets are welcome for an additional €50.00. Additional bath set: €15.00 per person. Additional bed linen set: €15.00 per person.

For check-ins and check-outs outside the indicated times, upon customer request and prior approval, an additional fee is required:

Check-in after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM: extra €30.00
Check-in from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM: extra €50.00
Check-in from midnight to 7:00 AM: extra €100.00

For early check-outs, upon customer request and prior approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM an extra fee of €30.00 is required.
