Für die Kinder das Highlight ein TV im Zimmer. Die Küche schön groß perfekt für große Familien. Die Kinder fanden die Betten super, für uns waren sie viel zu weich. "Richard, Benjamin, and all the staff were perfect! Exceeded our expectations. Richard helped to coordinate reasonably priced taxis to/from the hotel and Benjamin checked us in smoothly. The welcome profiteroles were a stunning surprise. As AMEX members, there was a free upgrade so we enjoyed a beautiful lanai overlooking the front of the hotel; early check-in and late checkout as members were well received The bellhops were very warm and accommodating. While we were only visiting for an evening, our visit at the hotel was unforgettable. We will definitely be back to this charming city and this beautiful hotel. "
