The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains. Available for use: Holiday home with a total of 4 apartments (SAL SPO 031 - 034). For shared use: shoe dryer, garden, and in winter garden sauna house with lounge, self-serve beer tap. SAUNA IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN WINTER.


Location
Radstadt, 856 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on an open garden plot with a meadow and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house and the apartments are furnished with attention to detail, rustic, in the typical country style. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the property.

With the guest card, free hiking courses in summer and discounted admissions. In winter: Ski area 500 m in Radstadt (Radstadt-Altenmarkt ski swing). Ski bus 20 m. Toboggan run in Mandling 6 km. Radstadt: cross-country ski trail 20 m and ski rental 200 m.

Living kitchen with sitting area, TV, dining area and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (suitable for under 14 years). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with TV, dining area, electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate WC with toilet.

War nicht unsere beste Unterkunft

Das Appartement lag direkt an einer Hauptstraße und es war dementsprechend ziemlich laut, es wirkte auch nicht sehr einladend da im Vorraum etwas rümpelig, es stand noch die Winterdeko rum ….aber die Vermieterin war sehr nett ! Ein Supermarkt genau gegenüber und in das Ortszentrum war es nicht weit
