"Lovely cottage perfect for two people. The cleanliness was perfect and we had everything we needed. Hosts were accommodating, welcoming and friendly. Location of property is great to explore Forest of Dean, there is plenty to do nearby. Definitely recommend! "

"Nice secure spot up a lane away from the road so happy leaving mountain bikes overnight.Small but really nice layout with great shower and kitchenette area. Bed was too small in both directions (I'm 6ft tall) and sofa bed very uncomfortable for my son, so none of us slept very well.Nice garden and dog friendly.Would definitely book again but only if the bed situation is improved"

"The Lodge is a charming property. It is decorated nicely - cosy but not fussy. The kitchen facilities are good, with a reasonable selection of crockery and cooking equipment. Having items for dogs in one of the cupboards is a lovely touch. We used the outside table with parasol as we had lovely weather. The garden is planted up nicely, with lots of herbs. Everything was really comfortable."
