"The best and only FIVE STAR Property in Shirdi - Excellent and Courteous Service, Fabulous Food and Great Experience. Yogesh Thombre from Front Office, Sanjay Kamble, Jijibel and Vasant Kank from F&B, Sushil and Pujari from Housekeeping and Gautam from Security are just brilliant in Client Servicing and definitely assure repeat business. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we look forward to our next trip to the divine city of Shirdi."

"Stayed for 3 nights, 4 days in February 2026. Pros: 1. Cleanliness is good, well maintained 2. Staff was very friendly, understanding and cooperative. Housekeeping was attentive too. 3. Room were reasonably sized, well ventilated and sunlit. 4. Pranav at the reception was an excellent host who personally took care of all our needs. Adarsh & Kishan from the housekeeping were very attentive & active in serving our room well as well. 5. Car service to & from the hotel & temple was great and free of charge. 6. Hotel sovenier shop was great, lots of variety in products and the shopkeeper was kind & attentive Cons: 1. Toilets of the room were not so clean. 2. Restaurant food was extra spicy. Breakfast is really below average. Food was served cold & super spicy. 3. Not much view from the room Overall: It’s decent & well maintained property, the best part is the location & proximity to mandir and nearby shops "
