「We checked in and immediately adjusted the temperature in the room and set out on our excursion. We returned a couple hours later and the temperature was about the same. We lowered the temperature again and headed to the pool. While at the pool we discovered the restroom was very unclean! I sent a text message as requested and the response was questions. Did the toilet overflow? What happened? I didn’t know what happened. I was simply reporting an issue I discovered. Again met with questions....

「I had a terrible experience when fire ants crawled into my bed and onto my nightstand. When I called the front desk to report the incident, the manager was unapologetic and acted as if I was lying. However, they eventually came to my room and still even seeing the Ants not one I’m sorry」

「The room close to the swimming pool. It's quite noisy at night. There's no any restaurants nearby, but the breakfast was good. Check in and check out was quick.」
