"Smell of smoke everywhere! Bugs, spiders and insects throughout the hotel. Over priced no pool loud noise and I’m still waiting for my money to be returned! Lights flashing and flickering unsafe area! Not family oriented. The elevator is a death trap this hotel should be burned to the ground and rebuilt. There is no ac in the building and they don’t serve breakfast like it says. This hotel lied about EVERYTHING! And we have PICTURES!"

"Night check in staff members did not speak English. Also, the room I was provided smelled like fresh paint. The bathroom had what appeared to be black mold. I was surprised to have experienced a Hotel 6 in this condition. "

"It's a good hotel EXCELLENT booking on the Expedia JUST DEPENDS ON HOW MANY DAYS U STAY AND THE PRICE IS CHEAP ( ON THE DAYS PEOPLE STAY THO) breakfast was all right but just need more varieties the RoomS was good CLEAN ENVIRONMENT CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS GOOD The wifi not so good i couldn't connect to it 😕 But EVERYRHING IS GOOD THE WORKERS REALLY NICE RESPECTFUL "

"No nothing felt safe what so ever when I walked up the steps it looked like I was going into a abandoned insane hospital. The lights didn't work and TV didn't either so no it's the worst hotel I been too. "

"While the room itself was OK and large, it was by no means a suite. The only thing suite-like was the full-sized refrigerator. An average sized microwave, but no burners or oven or dishes that are common in your standard extended stay suite. A couch, but no separate living room. The biggest disappointment was that the hallway just outside the room was a construction zone, complete with orange cones and torn up carpets. The carpet situation meant an uneven walking surface, which I almost tripped over several times. Clearly would have been fined as a danger had the city sent out an inspector. And simply unsightly. I asked the gentleman at the front desk if I could get the same reduced rate as Expedia had given me if I chose to stay over another night. Expedia offers this as an option on its site, with no interruption in your stay. He told me that if I did this, I would have to check out at 11am and see then check back in after 3pm. The Expedia rate had been low He stated that if I wanted to stay another night without moving out that my "discounted" rate would be significantly more. He was duplicitous and suspicious sounding and I had the distinct feeling that he was attempting to trick me and take advantage of me. I asked about how far away the downtown and the National Voting Rights Museum were, and he said he knew nothing, and referred me to a poorly stocked brochure rack. Needless to say, I did not book a second night."

"The property was as advertised. It was clean and spacious and perfect for our large family gathering. We enjoyed fishing and each morning began with coffee around the fire pit. There were several areas inside and out for family to gather, eat and relax. The host was responsive to every inquiry. We would highly recommend this property and host. "
