The outside was filthy. There was dog poop, cigarettes, empty beer bottles, broke down cars. The room itself was okay. The door was so hard to open. I just did not feel safe there and it was dirty outside.

The manager at the property was extremely helpful and had me move to a better room because I had a relatively small complaint that was addressed immediately. (The one room that I was staying in had blinds that were broken)

My room was clean. Floor had been mopped, no dirt, grit or grime. No spots on floor. Fresh, smelled nice and clean. No TV remote, went to office, was putting fresh batteries in remotes. I will return to this location in the future, quality and convenience.

This was my 3rd time staying there. I would stay there again but it seems to be going down hill every time. The room could be cleaner , dust on top of frig, walls on bathroom need to be wiped down etc. Noting major . Like that I can get to the Crabtree greenway to run.

For the price point, has everything you need! Only complaint is room smelled of smoke. Stayed here a few months ago in different area of hotel and had same issue. Other than that, staff is very helpful and room has all basic amenities, overall clean.
