This place needs help !
Poor communication from the beginning - no reply to emails or phone calls to discuss what was important to 8 men renting the house and denial upon arrival that I had tried to contact Tim. Very poor furnishings (furniture, beds, kitchen utensils, etc). This place needs paint & new furnishings plus a responsive host.

The large home was great for our families traveling for my son’s wedding.Everyone had their own room. The house was clean.The living room Furniture was well used and a little uncomfortable. The biggest items lacking were cookware pots/pans and silverware for a big group. There were plenty of old worn pots. No baking sheets, blender or mixer. Also be aware of the strict street parking restrictions

Outdated but Comfortable.
As someone who cleans and manager vacation rentals I was a little disappointed by the upkeep. The property is a nice property but outdated and some things need to be fixed. The owner's bedroom door on the first floor did not lock properly. The heating system for the first floor and basement didn't work well more often than none we were cold. The furniture is outdated, stained and scratched. Also the showers never got hot enough to take a hot shower. There was also no tub to bathe my son in. The next door neighbor who claims to be apart of neighbor watch was obnoxious. Once he knocked on the door asked for Bruce and threatened to tow my car because we weren't parked a certain when we unloaded groceries. When we put the garbage in the green cans he asked if we had a locked to keep rodents out and when I told him I wasn't aware I needed a lock he stated that I shouldn't be throwing out the garbage before pickup if I don't have a lock.
The owner's were polite and responsive within reason. The place had enough beds for the wedding party to stay.
