  • This condo is your home away from home! Located in a quiet, older neighborhood inside the belt line close to ALL the major attractions. NC State University, PNC Arena, downtown Raleigh, State Fairgrounds, Cary are all within a 1-4 mile radius! Enjoy the comforts of the 900 SQF spacious living area and two queen bedrooms . The unit has one reserved parking, and visitors and street parking. Please note for full disclosure: Slight cosmetic issues including uneven flooring here but should not affect your stay. There is an occasional smoke smell coming from the neighboring unit so please don't book if you are very sensitive . Parties, large gatherings and smoking is strictly prohibited and penalties apply.
