Great Holiday Getaway

My family (5 adults & 1 9 year old) stayed here over Christmas and Hannukah. We visited Durham and Raleigh. The host was easy to communicate with. The property was very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Access to the gym and pool were big plusses! (Though pool heating was tough in December.)If you are going to the Durham/Raleigh area, take a look at this place. There was plenty of space and the master bath was excellent. Easy car access to shopping and close to shops, movies, and sites.

Great location, Clean, enough room for all.

7 of us traveled from PA, NJ, and local towns to gather to celebrate my daughter and her search for a bridal gown. The condo had plenty of room for all of us, clean, and enough bathrooms. Only a couple things kept me from giving it a 5 star review. One was that there were some bottles of wine on the counter ($30 if we drank them... I get it), but 2 of them were opened, with only an inch or so of wine left ...bleah. No problem, we brought our own. However, when we opened our bottles to celebrate we saw there were only 2 wine glasses in the cabinets. Drove to Target and purchased 6 for us to use, then donated them. I also noticed that there was no dish washing detergent. (there were pods for the dishwasher) or scrubbies for dishes. Lastly, just as a suggestion, maybe put some dimmers on the light switches. The overhead lights are SUPER bright in the kitchen and living area. So... for those reasons, I would not rate it 5 star... but if they get fixed... absolutely! Pratt was very responsive and helpful with any and all questions we had for him.

We only had an overnight stay but the property was nice and well-kept. No issues with the property, no bugs, no technical issues. Getting into the property was a little confusing but I was able to contact the host and he helped me through w/o an issue. Would def

Great Location Responsive Host

We recently stayed at Pratt villas for a week during a summer program at Duke with a couple of families. Location was great only 10-15 minutes from campus. We enjoyed the clubhouse facilities access a few times during our stay. Our host Pratt was super responsive, and that was greatly appreciated. We requested a new shower curtain for one of the bathrooms and Pratt had one sent over almost immediately. A couple of things would’ve made this day even better: Upgraded bedsheets towels and extra attention to cleansing detail would make this property feel bit more luxury.

Soccer camp and short term vacation

We loved this place for our weekend stay in Raleigh, the place was easy to find and in a great location to grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you might need. Upon check in, we noticed how clean and well maintained. The host was always fast to respond with any questions and went above and beyond to check on us during our stay there. We are definitely saving this place as the favorite spot in Raleigh for us!!

spacious 3 story

This is a spacious 3 story 4 bedroom. Kitchen items, towels, laundry provided. Quick walk to playground and soccer, but you drive to the pools, gym, tennis, ping pong, etc. in a different neighborhood. Neighborhood containing home is great for walking; safe and convenient location. If everyone in your group is comfortable with many stairs, then this is a good choice.

Great house; a few issues

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was very organized and clean. The only problems were that we could never get the house “warm” enough, and only one of the televisions worked/was able to stream channels. Very hard when in a house with 7 people. Overall, good stay.

Spacious Great Location Rental

Four old college friends gathered for a reunion and enjoyed this wonderful property as a home base in the Raleigh/Durham area. Quiet neighborhood located close to everything we needed. Clean and plenty of space and great views from the deck.

Nice stay in nice location

The unit is located between Raleigh and Durham, which is great if you have things to do in both cities. Check-in was a breeze and we found the unit to be clean and pretty much exactly what we expected. The beds were comfortable, the provided amenities were adequate (although we couldn't find measuring cups), and the host was very prompt in responding. He even had a new blow dryer delivered the same day -- impressive! There are lots of stairs (three floors). All in all, I would certainly recommend this place and would return if the opportunity arose.

Good location, easy stay

This was an easy stay for us. Large house, good location, clean. The entire process was straightforward. It’s close to family for us and we’ll look to use it again. The kids loved the neighborhood pool!
