Checkin was horrible. The key system apparently wasn’t working so they couldn’t get us into the room until late. I had my 84 year old mother with me and thankfully our other family members already had rooms for her to rest and sit. Finally I had to go back to the desk and they said they would have to let me into the room but when we went up the key Charles had didn’t work and he said the door battery was dead so he left me there with suitcases and bags waiting for engineering to come up. They easily let me in the room and I placed our bags there. Then I went to FD and they said they still didn’t have a key but could change my room to the Homewoods suites side. We valeted as well and when we got home realized my mother’s wallet was missing from the glove compartment. Horrendous stay will NEVER stay again and would not recommend.

The location was great, just a quick walk to the convention center and restaurants. The hotel was good but they didn’t provide the daily housekeeping service as promised in writing at check-in. We returned to an untouched room 4 out of 5 days requiring follow up with the front desk. A couple times the housekeeping staff was already gone for the day. This was irritating, especially considering the high cost of the room. However the beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was great. A comfortable side chair would have been nice. Overall, a good hotel experience.

Was shocked to see that Trmpo and Homewood Suites were in the same building. I’m paying twice the price but no breakfast included. That was annoying. Other than that the hotel was lovely.

It was a fine stay, the downstairs bar was out of a lot of items and the elevator didn't work on the last day…but I did love the overall service. I was always greeted warmly and we were always treated kindly by staff…my main concern is that the nightly rate that was charge did not align with what I thought I was paying with Expedia (compared with the Folio I was given by the hotel…) Overall, the stay was comfortable but wasn’t overly impressed by the value.

We had a pleasant stay overall at Tempo Raleigh. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a relaxing night. Having a restaurant on-site was convenient, and valet service made arrival and departure easy. Pricing felt fair for the location and amenities offered. A couple of areas for improvement — there was a slight stale smell in the hallway, and the shower pressure was lower than expected. Overall, a solid stay with great comfort and convenience.
