Also if you are traveling with a bigger group the attached house offers space for up to five guests, and an on-property guest house sleeps two. This converted space is an amazing location while you explore Downtown Raleigh!

You'll have the garage to yourself. The garage is attached to the main house, which is also an Airbnb. Both spaces are well insulated, but you may hear some sound. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.
The yard is shared between the properties.
Our neighborhood is within immediate proximity to Downtown Raleigh’s best. It's a diverse and tight-knit community, considered the most up-and-coming in Downtown Raleigh. It’s a mishmash of all kinds of people -- young professionals, families with kids and retirees. While it is a downtown, urban community, the neighborhood is certainly considered quiet and safe.
