"The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. Then a handy man was fixing and painting the cottage next to the one I was in, and suddenly he was painting shatters and fence while I was in the cottage. Obviously I was disturbed by the smell. "This is very much a hidden gem. It was like a little oasis. We especially enjoyed the pool, hottub and jacuzzi. The place was very clean and the area very quiet. The host was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area."
