「This time, my experience was just average. The person at the reception had no information about my booking and mentioned that since he had not confirmed it, the stay was not guaranteed. As a result, there was quite a delay during check-in.
Secondly, unlike my previous stay, drinking water was not readily available at the hotel. I also received several calls regarding checkout, and my request to extend the checkout by just one hour was not accommodated. Overall, the experience was disappointing...
「The rooms are spacious, washrooms nice. All amenities including refrigerator, tea kettle, smart TV etc. Pool was nice. Loation good, just overlooking the lake. Service was prompt, daily housekeeping done. All in all, we had a good 3 days stay. 」
