I liked that we could check in from 3pm and check out at 11am. There was a friendly, relaxing atmosphere, good food and facilities. Plenty of free parking and the room was spotless. We look forward to returning soon.

Rooms recently renovated so looked great nice and clean rooms didn’t like the bars of soap and shower wash, liked that you actually got more than two milk strips each so you could have more than one cup of tea/coffee each. Restaurant food was ok but the tables etc needed a good clean/wipe. Staff are very friendly and the view is fabulous.

The San Clu is always welcoming and clean. They’ve changed the breakfast service since our last visit from buffet to served. On balance we prefer the buffet but the food is good.

Staff was pleasant and hotel is well located near the waterfront. Far away from shopping and restaurants. Nearby bus stop was helpful. Staff should have more information on hand that is helpful for travelers, such as how to find out about buses and cabs. The restaurant should offer more options for breakfast at affordable rates and not one rate fits all.

Good location for us and had a nice view of the beach. Couldn't park in the car park but no problem as plenty of free parking outside. Music in the bar good, and bar and restaurant staff great. Oh yeah the music didn't stop us from sleeping as couldn't hear it in the room.

The rooms are what you would expect although if you have mobility difficulties you may want to request a ground/lower floor as the lift is small and the steps and corridors are also quite small. The hotel itself was nice, a clean seperate bathroom and the view was lovely from our room and we were in a standard and there was a basic AC. In this heat a fridge would be a nice addition so you could put your water in there but there were bottles of water for us on the side. The staff were really lovely and friendly, if you can get on the road outside parking is free (we were very lucky and got parked right outside the hotel). The location is great as you can walk up a lovely promenade towards the main beach and it's only about 10 minutes. Can't complain!

A great little find

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Lovely room with fantastic view from the balcony. Comfy bed and decent bathroom & shower. Breakfast was minimal but good and could ask for other things at extra cost.
