Hidden Gem

A very thoughtful and sympathetic conversion of an old well house. Every comfort of home in a beautiful historic setting. It is ideally situated for easy access to the surrounding area. We had a wonderful two week stay and will definitely be back in the future. Suzanne is a wonderful host and thought of everything to make a stay in her properties so enjoyable.

Had a lovely stay at well cottage , beautiful place , had friends stay 1 night on sofa bed ,plenty of parking space , excellent location , pub just a short walk away , it was just what my wife and i was looking for , any problems { which there wasn't any } , suzanne the host was just across the way , all in all was an excellent holiday would have no hesitation in booking again .

A special, peaceful cottage

It is a great place to spend some time off the city and restore your energy. Well situated, close to the coast even if you do not have a car, taxis will charge around £5-£6. Many cafe shops and restaurants nearby in Margate and Broadstairs. The coasts are beautiful and people are friendly. Suzanne is really kind and helpful, answers all your questions in a matter of a second.

A lovely home from home

Really fantastic cottage in an idyllic setting. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Suzanne who showed us Well Cottage. We instantly felt at home. It was clean, has a spacious lounge and kitchen with everything you could need. Lovely to find a bottle of milk in the fridge and tea/coffee and biscuits provided too. Comfy bed and a fab bathroom. We can't find a single fault. Thank you! we will be back.

Well worth a stay

We have stayed at numerous places around the country and this one goes near the top. The place is perfect for self catering with loads of things to see and lovely walks with very little driving required. The whole area is worth a visit albiet not during the summer season if you want a quiet time. We will definitely be back if we visit the Kent coast again and Thank you...

Comfortable cottage in a nice area

We came here for a walking holiday and we were not disappointed by the quality of the walks in the area. We had a great time. The cottage was a good place to come home to in the evenings and had everything we needed. The location is very central for the attractions in the area. Recommended.

A great cottage for a weekend with friends!

We originally booked the Well Cottage for the weekend and Suzanne upgraded us to Annie's Cottage for no extra cost which was so amazing. Everything was incredibly clean, and Suzanne was so helpful from even before we checked in. 100% recommend!

Cosy and quiet

Our stay was so lovely! Very clean, comfortable and cosy so would definitely stay again! Very out of the way from anyone else so was quiet which was lovely. The free cookies were an added bonus!

Open Golf Trip!

We stayed for a week to visit the golf in Sandwich and the cottage was perfect for us. We also had a few days exploring the local area. Enjoyed Broadstairs and the Ramsgate Tunnels. Suzanne was very helpful. The local village is very small but there is. pub/restaurant that is an easy walk through caravan site and right of way.

Well Cottage is a really nice place to stay

For a really quiet and care fee stay Well Cottage is an ideal accommodation for 2 people all within an enclosed courtyard close to the coast.
