"Reservation was lost so they tried to give us two queen bed and 20 more then if that wasn’t bad enough I walked into our room it smelled terrible and felt dirty and if that wasn’t bad enough someone tried to break into our card while we were in registering I walked right back in office and told them the room smelt so bad and dirty looking I wasn’t staying and I wanted a refund I wouldn’t stay in such as dirty place we went and got a nice clean hotel I don’t recommend anyone to stay there ever"

"I got to the property (albeit, very late in the night, but had a reservation) and they couldn’t find my Expedia reservation that I already paid for, so I just paid them anyways. I’m honestly not sure if this is their fault or Expedia’s. The room was only half clean. One of the beds wasn’t made. There was no toilet paper, minimal furniture (no nightstand) and the floors were dusty. The bed that I slept in however was clean. For that quality though, I would use been fine paying like half the price, but I paid $110 for that."

"The only problem with this location is that it is very noisy being so close to the freeway. I go there because it is pet friendly but the noise scares my dog. Otherwise a good place."

"The room was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. However, there were several issues. Firstly, the system was down upon check-in, and the staff member was not attentive to the order in which guests checked in. Several groups arrived after me and she checked in a group that had arrived after me before she checked me in. Additionally, there was ongoing construction, and a notice on the door indicated that the breakfast area would be closed for the weekend but reopen on Monday. However, the breakfast area was not open, and we only received bread and some overripe bananas. This was not the hot breakfast we had been promised. No compensation was provided. It felt like a false advertisement. We specifically booked this hotel for the breakfast. I even called three weeks in advance to confirm the breakfast options and was informed of them. This hotel has a higher price point compared to other hotels in the area. Despite these issues, the hotel was otherwise safe and comfortable. "

"Near everything, property management is great, outdoor space is perfect, number of beds/rooms is a plus. "
