"The hotel is ok, a little tired and out of the way. Staff are friendly and its saving grace is that is close to Friday Cafe and Bistrot, which is very good and remarkably reasonable. If you do end up here I recommend a trip to the Old Town, a delight."

"I really wanted to like this place and was super excited however upon arrival there were several things such as NO water pressure and NO hot water. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking water from god knows where, to the point that in the morning the bath mat was drench. "This is a beautiful property, very central to most tourist attractions and not far from the airport. We've stayed in Phuket a lot and cannot recommend this property highly enough. Its beautifully designed and set out. The rooms are awesome especially if you have pool access. There is a great restaurant on site, very reasonably priced with a good variety of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and we loved our stay here."

"We were promised airport transportation. After almost an hour of waiting we had to find our own taxi. Room had a pool, but there were so many dead bugs floating in it. Room smelled of mildew. Bed also had dead bugs in it. We canceled the rest of our stay. There are much better options in Phuket. Avoid at all costs. "
