Front desk doesn't really care. I told them the elevator doesn't work; I have to carry all my luggages to the top floor. Her answer was " I know". Told her that I got food to cook but there was not a pan to cook with. Her comment was " I will tell Maintenace". I come to Ravensburg 4 times a year for business. I sure will not ever stay here again.

Really, I was happy with the facilities and staff. There were a few glitches but the world did not come to an end. One day, for most of the day, I had no water pressure or hot water. Also, the week end desk clerk seemed rather grouchy but then the guests were pushy and not trying to follow the rules. She finally jusy let them do what they wanted and she went to do something else. I guess you pick the battles you can win.

The room booked was apartment 8, but I was given apartment 7 which was not an apartment as it had no kitchenette or separate room. I pointed this out and showed my confirmation booking to the receptionist but was told their was nothing they could do. I asked that the manager contact me but he never seemed to be around and never did contact me. It could have been better.

Greit hotell, men overpriset

Resepsjonen var ikke betjent ved ankomst, selv om det sto i bekreftelsen at den skulle være det. Vi fikk ingen forhåndsinformasjon om innsjekkingsrutiner, parkering osv. Fasilitetene bar preg av lite vedlikehold. Verst var imidlertid støyen fra festløvene om natten og edderkopper på badet. Men frokosten var veldig bra, og det trekker litt opp på helhetsinntrykket.

Hotel ist schon älter, Badewanne rostet, Wasserhahn tropft, betten sehr hart, sehr dünne Matratzen, Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aber das nächste Mal buche ich ein anderes Hotel.

Godt værelse med sofagruppe og god plads. Elevator

Ligger meget centralt midt i Alt Stadt i en baggård og er kun bemandet formiddag til kl 11.00. Indtjekning via nøgleboks, fint nok. Der er kun 7 p pladser til 21 værelser, Lige lidt nok. Stor p hus 100 meter væk. Koster 20 euro på døgn og der er ingen hotel rabat. Godt morgenbord.

Haupthaus Zwergerstraße

Tolle Lage, netter Service, super Frühstück. Man kann kostenlos parken und es gibt auch Ladepunkte für eFahrzeuge! Die Zimmer selber sind sauber und gut ausgestattet, man merkt ihnen das Alter aber mittlerweile an (vor allem im Bad). Trotzdem eine gute Unterkunft, wenn man in RV ist. -> bezieht sich auf das Haupthaus in der Zwergerstraße!!!

Wer es altbacken mag fühlt dich sicherlich wohl.

Das Hotel ist halt und die Zimmer auch. Es wurde twar renoviert aber das alte Inventar ist drin geblieben. Ich schlief im Zimmer 106 und es waren Flecken auf dem Boden. Das Bad war leider auch nicht sauber. Preis Leistung ist aus meiner Sicht nicht in Balance. Das Frühstück war Standard. Die Frühstücksdame sehr freundlich.
