Durchzogen

Wohnung mit Ausblick ist schön, jedoch kann das Bett im oberen Geschoss im Hochsommer nicht benutzt werden, weil keine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung vorhanden ist, der Ventilator und lĂŒften reichen nicht aus. Das Ausziehsofa war ok, aber auch dort noch sehr heiss. Unterkunft war leider vorgĂ€ngig nicht sauber gereinigt worden (Sand auf dem Sofa und Betten, braune Flecken im Badezimmer). SchlĂŒsselannahme und RĂŒckgabe kompliziert, ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt, Abgabe des SchlĂŒssels in der bei Abreise in der Nacht hat nicht funktioniert (keine konkrete Ortsangabe fĂŒr die SchlĂŒsselbox erhalten). Balkon fĂŒr 6 Personen eher schmal, fĂŒr 4 Personen in Ordnung.

A l’arrivĂ©e le mĂ©nage n’était pas fait, sous le lit trainait des boules QUIES, des Ă©pingles Ă  cheveux, sans parler d’une literie dĂ©plorable, sommiers et matelas trĂšs fatiguĂ©s. Avant de commencer les vacances nous avons dĂ» faire le mĂ©nage et laver la vaisselle. Nous sommes allĂ©s chez FONCIA pour signaler tous ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments avec photos Ă  l’appui et rĂ©clamer le remboursement du mĂ©nage que nous avions payĂ© lors de la rĂ©servation. La personne responsable des locations, trĂšs agrĂ©able, nous a informĂ© qu’elle ferait le nĂ©cessaire afin que nous soyons remboursĂ©s. De notre cĂŽtĂ© nous avons rendu un appartement impeccable.
