「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days and it was a very enjoyable stay. The condo itself is a nice place with a lot of space, the master bedroom was very comfortable and it felt overall safe. 」

「The complex grounds were very well maintained, parking easy and abundant and the pools were lovely and so enjoyed by all. My only complaint was the squeaky interior doors in the condo that the owner was grateful to hear about and fix for the next guests. 」

「En el segundo dia de estadia tubimos problemas para entrar al departamento por que la cerradura electronica dejo de funcionar y llamaron a alguien de mantenimiento para reemplazarla completamente lo que nos hizo esperar casi 2 horas sin poder acceder a la propriedad. Salvo eso, todo lo demas estubo bien!」

「Card reader system was terrible! Main door into building #2 worked less than when it did work…」

「First experience booking a vrbo and it was wonderful if ever in the Orlando area again we will be sure to book. The host was so wonderful and accommodating to our needs! The community was amazing and the pool was just what we needed in a hot asfternoon! 」

「Amazing accommodations, especially if you're traveling with children, the pool, the water park, the arcades, the crafts, the movie theater, an amazing hostess. A clean, well organized environment.」

「Great location when we stayed for a conference at the Orange County convention center. Easy to walk to Publix groceries, stores and restaurants. Condo itself is nice with easy access to pool, lots and very updated interior. Beds were very comfortable.Only negative is super light on toiletries and cooking basics. Not even salt and pepper and 1 roll of TP in each bathroom for a 4 night stay. We were made aware of this before checkin just surprised as we rent a lot of places and it's never that...

「I'm satisfied with everything except the slippers and the hair dryer」

「Our family of 4 adults stayed here while visiting Universal. It was very fresh and clean. The pool and property were meticulous. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool as we were only in the area for a couple nights and our time was jammed packed. Short drive to restaurants and stores. No complaints! Great stay!」

「My stay was short and amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t get to enjoy the amenities due to the duration of the trip, however we will be returning soon. The house was clean and welcoming!」

「We love Vista Cay and stay here often. This condo was one of our favorites! Walking distance to Publix. Quiet but close to the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Roberta was communicative with getting us information to get started and we had no need for anything else! 」

「This property was great for our week at Universal. The location was perfect, the apartment was clean, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. I misread one part of the listing and we didn’t have body wash with us. The soap/shampoo was super tiny, but there’s a Publix right around the corner. The pool/splash pad and slide on the Cayview side was awesome for our rest day. Our 6yo had so much fun. We’ll book again for future stays. 」

「Check in and out was simple, property is in an excellent location with sheltered parking. 10-15 mins to all Disney parks and SeaWorld and about 20-25 to universal. Vineland outlets just up the road.Starbucks, McDonald’s, Dunkin' and dollar tree all within walking distance. Perfect for people looking for a central location for all Orlando parks.」

「Home away from home. This condo has everything you need to feel at home. It was very clean with great view of lake and pool from top floor screened in balcony. Communication with Ben was excelent.I HIGHLY RECCOMEND !」
