The hotel is situated in a fantastic area, with everything you might need just a short walk away—shopping, transportation, clubs, and more. While the room was a bit small, it was cozy and had all the essentials like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The Wi-Fi was public, so using a VPN is recommended for your security. The shower was lovely, though it can be slippery without a handrail, which is something to keep in mind, especially for older guests. Overall, the location truly is a wonderful highlight of the stay.

My husband and I stayed on Aug 22, 2026 and it was great. The staff are so friendly and treat you like family. They upgraded our room, as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the room was amazing!! Everything was beautiful and we loved going on the rooftop to watch the sunset. It's been humid lately but you wouldn't know it as the room cools down so quickly. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I highly recommend the Historic Gaslamp Plaza Suites.
