Nearly Perfect stay at Nearly Perfect Place

Cozy, clean, right price and comfortable. We had one of the best times of our lives. Celebrating our anniversary with great fun, environment, community, horses, great food and restoration of our souls.

Beautiful place

It was a great little cabin. Not too far from town. Only negative was the neighbors who live there full time. They try and bully you out of not having a campfire when there is no burn ban. Remember folks. It’s your vacation! If there’s no burn ban…enjoy that fire and time with your kids! Don’t let some crabby people put a damper on your trip! Stand your ground. Tell them to pound sand and enjoy! It’s a perfect spot with great views!!! Will Be back.

Great time in Red River

We really enjoyed the cabin. You can hear the river from the front porch. We were there in early September and heard two Elk bugling across the valley. The back porch was just what we needed to unwind. Town is a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

We stay in Red River often, enjoy the crisp mountain air, watch the sunset over the ridge and totally enjoy the quiet. The location of “Nearly perfect” is perfect for all of why we visit Red River. “Nearly Perfect” is a short drive to downtown Red River if you need more than beautiful scenery and quiet. This house has a gas stove, central heat and plenty of hot water for a bath or shower. Fire pit and large covered porch out back in the trees and a wonderful covered front porch to take in the mountain views. We go to multiple places fishing and it is so nice to come back to a home at the end of the day. The mattress in the master bedroom is the best we have ever slept on out of all the cabins we have stayed in, anywhere. Feels like a TempurPedic. The shower in the master bathroom is large. “Nearly Perfect” is our choice from now on as long as the owners will allow us to stay.

Beautiful neighborhood in Red River

Loved the area, close to Red River ski resort, cute neighborhood with nice cabins and it snowed a lot. Very beautiful. Only complaints were the road was tough without 4 wheel drive and muddy and bumpy with holes. The other would be the cabin was great but not clean to our expectations of what we were paying at all. Other than that, we loved it and the location-

Comfortable cabin

Very nice cabin with minor issues. No hot water the first night but quick response by management; plumber came promptly and repaired the next morning. Queen bed in one room was uncomfortable sagging in the middle. Other beds were good. Almost no water pressure last night and morning of departure. Overall very nice and comfortable.
