「Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. We arrived at 7 pm to find no front desk, just a bar area that was manned by a young lady who stated that we couldn’t stay as the owner had not been paid. Then the owner called stating that it was late so we could stay and that payment could be discussed in the morning. The hotel did not have wifi as advertised, there was no running or hot water...

With the assistance of some helpful neighbours from the street, we learned that it was available for long term rental. We were kindly met by Oliver and his team, and he made the experience 10/10, going above and beyond to make our visit as comfortable as possible. We were kindly upgraded to the tents.
