The room that we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. After driving for over 7 hours we checked into the room slightly before midnight. I noticed instantly a heavy mildewy smell from the bathroom. There was mold all over the walls in the bathroom, the sink wasn't clean and all of the bedding was completely filthy, nothing had been wiped down in a very long time. The carpets were completely soiled stained. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers with extra blankets we brought. We also saw a homeless guy pushing a shopping cart stop and look into lower level ground floor windows

So where to start...the room we were given, the TV didn't work. We were there for 4 nights, so I would appreciate a working TV especially because it was to rain everyday. They told me that the housekeeper must have taken the remote out when they cleaned🙄. Anyway they switched out room. It felt dirty, the couch cushions were filthy. We switched stuff around with the first room to make it work. They said at the front desk and the housekeeper, they have no extra pillows or towels (again 🙄). One day at breakfast we were out of sausage, the next day potatoes, the next cream cheese. The house keeper NEVER came to our room, we had to ask for toilet paper. The front doors were broken, so you had to slide open and closed yourself, we got locked in the exercise room, the hot tub didn't work and apparently the drains in the parking lot were clogged, our parking lot completely flooded. If you do chooses to stay here despite all this do yourself a favor and watch out for the sink hole (huge pot hole) right inside the entrance to the parking lot. Good luck!

Do NOT recommend. The front sliding door was broken and we had to pull it apart to get in, then we waited about 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. We were “welcomed” with a “do you need something?” Instead of an actual welcome. After checking in, we headed to our room using the stairs, which were incredibly dirty and a window was left open in the staircase (mid winter on a freezing day), we then got to our room to find a very unclean room - hairs on our bed ewwww, many lights that did not work, and a tv with no service. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were half filled with disgusting green water, again eww! We promptly decided not to stay and checked out. Instead of having a comfortable night we opted to just drive home 4 hours away. THE ONE GOOD THING was that the property manager refunded our money.

The staff was very rude I was there on a vacation for my holiday with my family and I got in late with my boyfriend and we have a dog. I rent from choices hotels all the time and I thought their policy was to have pet friendly locations and have it posted at least on their website that they’re not pet friendly, but I paid for my room and it was nonrefundable and my dog had to sleep in the car with me basically because she wasn’t allowed to in the room. She is a servicing animal and has papers. They refused her anyways. I have epilepsy and I’ve had seizures recently and she saved my life so having her there is crucial to my survival and I don’t know if I’ll be renting from choice anymore because of these people in this hotel.

Broken things everywhere. No light on one side of the bed. Blood stains on the sheets. One wash cloth for two people. Huge Stains on the carpets. Heater did not work consistently. Too few outlets for electronics. TV was impossible to navigate. Changing channels impossible. Staff was friendly and kind. We did not want to burden them with all these broken and unclean aspects of the place.
