The extra guest fee should have been $10 plus taxes, the night clerk over charged our card $17. In addition to that the a/c in the room does not function properly and had to be manual turned back on about every 10 minutes which literally ruined the entire stay

clean and basic last minute option in Redding, Family run and friendly. Rooms being updated. Nice older residential neighborhood.

Never again will i go here! Dark sheets= not clean. Homeless people right outside the doors. The overnight window guy is very unprofessional.

Dirty and unprofessional

They tried to collect $$ even though it was all paid in full.....they told us not to book a room with them unless it was direct because of the commision. Beds were dirty.....not going to stay again.

Unsanitary and noisy

This place was overall pretty gross. The neighborhood is relatively sketchy but the hotel room was the real problem. The pillows smelled like old sweat and the carpet and bedding was in pretty bad shape. The lady at the front desk was nice but the people in the room next door were drug addicts who stayed up all night yelling racial slurs. It was just a bad experience. We were happy to leave.

Disgusting location and disgusting hotel. Yuk.

This was a gross hotel in a bad neighborhood. I checked in at 9pm and the hotel manager had you stand outside and check in through a slider window. So I was standing outside in the cold.

Room was small, clean. Older amenities. A good, cheap place to stop at on your way to a better destination. I would come here again if I needed a break on a long drive.
