“My stay at the modern retreat in Monroe was perfect. Conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, banks Starbucks. Beautiful Wolfe Park is minutes away to enjoy a hike or a bike ride. The hosts were easily accessible with any questions and or concerns. This modern retreat won't disappoint.”

“The room was very comfortable, and check in was smooth. I would caution families with small children from staying here, because of many of the signs decorating the interior are inappropriate (mild profanity, toilet humor). But the amenities were great, and the temperature was good, even though it's a basement unit.”

“We had just a short stay but it was perfect for what we needed. The home was very clean and exactly as advertised. It is a great quiet neighborhood feel and comfortable home for our family and pets. Would highly recommend.”

“The property is well kept and the house decorated beautifully. We didn’t get to enjoy the adorable fire pit and barbecue as it rained most of our stay. The coffee bar was well stocked and a delightful welcome as we did not have time to shop prior to our arrival. Our family immensely enjoyed our time together. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. Claudia responds to messages immediately.”

“I really enjoyed my four night stay here.”

“The house is very clean and spacious! Great location for what my party needed. The host is incredibly responsive and very helpful. Overall this was a fantastic stay and would recommend. ”

“We rented this home for our daughter’s college graduation and were fully transparent with the owner beforehand. Although the listing allows up to 15 guests, we never exceeded 14 people, and the gathering was simply close family, including grandparents and young children. There was no party or disruptive behavior.Around 10:30 PM on graduation night, the owner began repeatedly messaging me, saying he was “watching the house” and accusing us of violating the rental agreement. The constant, late……

“Terrific place to stay in Milford. Quaint & quiet neighborhood, close to beach and beautiful park near by to walk at (Walnut Beach Park). House was very well kept and stocked with everything you would need. Host communication was thorough and prompt. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“The host was very responsive, the house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and the 4 bedrooms with king-size beds were perfect for our family group. I loved the breakfast nook. The basketball arcade-type game had no batteries to make it work, but we made it work, throwing down buckets against a 30-second timer on my phone. The house was around the corner from where I lived as a child, so it was perfect for our purposes.”

“Amazing location on a serene lake, we enjoyed kayaking and beautiful surroundings. Hosts were very attentive. Place is roomy and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you George and Sadha”

“We had a wonderful stay.”

“Nice place in Orange. Close to everything you could need. Older building, plenty of parking, quiet. Make sure you message host immediately if ANYTHING goes amiss (WiFi, any damage, etc).”

“It was a lovely house that had everything one could need. The lake is feet away with a fenced in yard. The backyard was also a secluded spot with tons of birds. Bed was very comfy and everything was super clean. Previous renters left items to enjoy, so there were extras. Two items to know- 1. There is a home preschool next door. It wasn’t too noisy, but you will hear kids when they head outside.2. I’m 6’ and some of the furniture was lower to the ground than normal. It made getting up a bit……
