"The rooms are beautiful, with a koala outside, we didn't see her in the evening and I was worried we wouldn't but she was there in the morning and we were lucky to see her moving around. The sanctuary tour is great, we had the amazing Lee who was great. Views from the lounge and restaurant are amazing and food is good too."

"First of all Excellent customer service by Debbie and team made so easy process and friendly welcome really appreciated. Rooms was good bit oldish but very well maintained and clean. Beach view mind blowing saw sunrise clearly from our lounge area while sitting inside ❤️"

"The place was clean except parts of the flooring was dusty… it gave my kids black feet from running around the room with barefoot. Also the temporary parking area at the front of the hotel were blocked off from a wedding car that day. Although not the hotel’s fault but I wish people are more considerate as I was driving with young kids in the car trying to check in but couldn’t find any nearby parking and the visitor parking were blocked by a wedding car. Perhaps the hotel shouldn’t allow that or at least properly park the car at an allocated space. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. "
