Complimentary breakfast great. Staff cordial and helpful totally. Spa services and nearby health club access was superb. The condition of the property at least the actual garden room where I stayed could use some updating. There was a bit of an stagnant smell and the walls could use some spackling ...

It's off season, the staff was friendly and accommodating. No issue with parking because I do not think there were too many guests (mid-week, off season). The room was very comfortable, and clean. We stay here often. Very close to "downtown", and two blocks off boardwalk/beach.
