Exclusively equipped holiday home to feel good at 1800 m above sea level with a view to Falkertspitz and stream to the namesake of our house the "Seebach". On 145 sqm we offer 4 bedrooms for 2 to 8 people. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with fireplace, Internet Wi-Fi connection and access to the balcony, a nice dining area, a new, fully equipped kitchen, and a separate guest toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with a shower room and toilet. The basement is equipped with another bedroom (sofa bed 160 x 200 and TV), a shower room with toilet and a Klafs sauna. From here you have direct access to the terrace, garden and barbecue area. In the anteroom is a washing machine u. a clothes dryer available. Other ski lifts u. the ski school is about 300 - 500 meters away. Gastronomy you have in the immediate vicinity. If you prefer fresh bread in the morning, you can order them in the season in the nearby restaurant "Kärntnerhaus" and pick them up.
The nearest grocery store is 7 minutes by car down the valley in Wiedweg. The 18-hole Bad Kleinkirchheim Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away. In addition, the two thermal baths in Bad Kleinkirchheim invite you to swim and relax (about 15 minutes by car).
 2 car parking spaces are available. Holiday in every season.

The house has everything you need for your daily life.
For the duration of the stay only towels, and bed linen must be brought. Fixed hiking boots, slippers and a flashlight are advisable. For the winter holidays we recommend to bring snow chains and to plan the arrival from 15. 00 o'clock.
