FAMILIAR WITH REIGATE THE MATTER OF THE HOTEL AND EVENING MEAL WAS OUR BUGBEAR MADE TO FEEL OUR EVENING AWAY WAS A WASTE OF MONEY WHEN WE SAT IN OUR ROOM FROM 8.30pm ON SATURDAY EVENING INSTEAD OF ENJOYING A NICE MEAL IN NICE SURROUNDINGS

Couldn’t get in contact with the hotel before the day and the Facebook service couldn’t provide me with any answers. My whole experience means I’ll never book an Oyo hotel again. Not once was I offered any kind of compensation or proper apology!
