"Russ Hill Hotel was perfect for what we needed, a place to stay that was close to Gatwick the night before we flew. It was ok.
"Nice overall. I don't find the staff too friendly, but helpful overall. I asked if they can post the postcards for me (I have already attached stamps), bhr they refused as they said they would then need to be responsible. I am quite surprised by this reply, especially at an ibis hotel chain."
