Convenient location.
The hotel was easy to find after getting off the coach, well signposted. It was a pain waiting for a lift to get to the foyer to sign in, then back to the lift to go to the room, as it was very busy and there were only two lifts for people with a lot of luggage. The room was fairly clean, shower was a lil dirty and seemed to backup. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed wasn't too comfy, we both left with our backs hurting. Bed extremely squeeky...just to sit down and get back up. In all fairness, we had a fairly pleasant stay, thank you

The apartment needs renovation. Limited number of parking spaces and thus we need to park at Crown Plaza Hotel and walk back to the apartment. If need to do laundry, need to use the shared washing machines. However, one is broke and another isn’t connected with water supply.

The south terminal has 24 hour cafe and shop which is helpful for late night arrivals or early morning departures. It is helpful that you do not have to leave the terminals to get to this hotel.
