The room is clean and having kitchen supplies and laundry machine in the unit is certainly a plus. Staff is also helpful and friendly. It was a good experience overall.

Really nice apartment, very well stocked, big and comfortable. Great location yards from the station and quiet at night. They are inflexible on date changes, unlike almost every other place I stay in, but other than that I would stay here again

The apartments is beautiful and looks better in person then on the pictures. This was my second is it here. What made it for me was the reception staff Chloe and Jasmine who were very friendly, but professional and Jasmine even signed me up as member and told me about all the perks and even gave me a late check out. I tried to stay another night but they were fully booked not to my surprise and it a lovely place, but Izzy helped me find another place to stay and helped me out with the directions. The staff here are great and this is why I will return again as they made my experience!!

Everything was fine except very displeasing firealarms, two weekly exercices, two toaster alerts, one at six a.m during our 17 nights stay. Besides, our apartment hotel was very cosy, quiet, and the staff mostly serviceable. Mentions to Clarence, Izzi, Emmanuella and Jasmine for small details. Bravo.

We really loved the apartment. It was big, clean and beautiful. It had everything we would need and more. The only thing I would like it to have is a window or better air vent in the bathroom. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our staying.

Had 5 nights here and was 100% happy. Had an issue with the washing machine but the manager and Danielle were fantastic. Danielle washed my clothes and dried them for me and also gave me a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. Walking distance to train, bus stations, grocery and plenty of shops to buy from. Plenty of eating places as well. Would I stay again, definitely.

I Have stayed at this location several times now and always have a pleasant experience.I am glad to say that the customer service is back up to the standard it was at when I first stayed there(after a decline the last time I stayed).All staff that I encountered were polite friendly and attentive.whilst there an issue happen that was related to a disability that I have and I am glad to say that it was delt with promptly, professionally and with understanding by all members of staff involved..I highly recommend this property to everybody.

The hotel experience is average with friendly staff. The AC/heating system is my biggest issue. Other than that, pretty spacious for what you pay for. 6/10 experience.

Nice aparthotel in Sutton

One bedroom suite booked. Sofa bed in sitting room. Spacious. V clean with new decor. Used washing machine. Easy to use. Good soundproof quality. Plenty of storage. One downside: not enough parking spaces. Needed to park on street right outside hotel (allowed between 7 pm to 7 am the next day). Husband then got up around 6:30 n parked our car back into hotel’s compound once after a car left. Otherwise the stay was perfect

It was ok.

Nice overall. I don't find the staff too friendly, but helpful overall. I asked if they can post the postcards for me (I have already attached stamps), bhr they refused as they said they would then need to be responsible. I am quite surprised by this reply, especially at an ibis hotel chain.

The one bed apartment I had was nice. The biggest problem was a bright green light right above the bed, and when I say bright - literally lit the entire room with this green light. When I complained about it (given the price of the room) I was told "everyone complains about this, but it's a safety light". If everyone is complaining about it, you should put this in the room description "bring your own eye sleepwear, otherwise you will be kept awake every night". It's just not good enough. The room was also meant to be cleaned on day 7 - they made the bed and changed the towels. No cleaning done or dishwasher emptied. Otherwise, it's close to transport, restaurants and shops.

Nice area. Close to the high street, a few restaurants and train station. I strongly dislike that there is no natural light in the suite based on the way the rooms are designed. The windows face out to an exterior wall corridor and you can’t even see the sky or skylight. We don’t know if it’s sunny or cloudy outside. You can’t open your curtains completely because the exterior wall corridor has everyone else’s windows facing yours and no privacy. Our living area is very dark during day hours (like if it was night time outside) and you must have on the interior lights. It’s dingy and depressing, like being in a dungeon! Rooms are only cleaned every 8 days, I was told by reception. That’s a huge inconvenience also to not have the suite vacuumed, bed linens changed, etc. for more than a week.
