There are really mixed reviews about this hotel, but I found it to be great value, particularly given its central location, between Euston and King's Cross. We had a double room which was compact but fine for a night or two. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Not all rooms have a private bathroom so be prepared. Hotel has no AC and no fans to accommodate. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Super close to St. Pancras Station and our main reason hotel was chosen. Price was a good value for proximity to train station and location.

Perfect for the price for getting an early eurostar from st pancras as its a min walk to the station.
Hotels in this area offer very small rooms but this was larger than most and had a private bathroom where as some don't in this area.
Room was dated with no aircon but was clean and had a private bathroom and tea making materials. It was quiet as well which was good. The main on reception was helpul and cheerful.
We have a strong suspicion that one of our party was bitten by a bed bug the night we stayed at this property. Staff was fine. Trash was in front of the garden level. They have Wi-Fi though.
Within walking distance of Kings Cross Station. Also, nice Chinese restaurant close by and The Standard on the corner for cocktails (check opening times).
Great welcome from staff, basic room - just what I ordered. Great location

Tiny room with single bed, very small bathroom. Quite run down and in need of repair. Check in on Expedia said 2pm but when I got there receptionist said it’s 3pm
However, the bed was comfy, the street nice and quiet so I had a good nights sleep. The radiator kept the room warm and the shower had plenty of hot water. A towel, soap and shampoo provided. £60 on a Thursday night in central London, you can’t say fairer than that. 2 mins walk from King’s Cross train station, I would stay here again.
